9/2008 – Book Launch: September 3 is the official launch event for the book SIN: A Deadly Anthology held in conjunction with the popular “Reading Under the Influence” literary series. 8/2003 – Research in New Jersey: Author A.C. Frieden traveled to Philadelphia to research the USS New Jersey, a 45,000 ton battleship built in 1942 and used in several wars. The battleship is featured in his upcoming novel Woman At The Citadel, a story set in French Indochina. (see press release PDF for details)

8/2008 – Colleague’s Book Launch: A.C. Frieden attends the launch event of friend and co-author Marcus Sakey’s latest crime novel, Good People, at The Book Cellar in Chicago. Sakey, Frieden and thirteen other Chicago authors wrote SIN: A Deadly Anthology, to be released Sept. 1, 2008.
